Workshop

We work out of our 7000sq ft purpose-built workshop, using cutting edge machinery including plasma cutting and autofold technology. This gives us the capacity to handle projects large and small with quick turnaround to suit your requirements.

Machinery and Software

We design, produce drawings, project manage, manufacture and install our products using the latest CAD and duct making machinery and software.

We utilise a complete Ductwork Contractor Production Control System which includes libraries of rectangular, round and oval duct fittings which can be dimensioned and automatically manufactured using CNC controlled Plasma Cutting Machines, Coil Lines, Lasers, Water Jet Cutters or Routers. It has a proven track record over 25 years in 70+ countries.

We also utilise a 3D drafting software package that integrates with AutoCAD which provides HVAC, Mechanical, Public Health Fitting and Equipment libraries based on leading manufacturers products. It is used for pricing, procurement and manufacture, reducing our production costs.

Site Installation

We have the professional staff and equipment capability to manage several site installations at the same time with our experienced project management team keeping projects within timescales. Our experienced Project Managers follow the latest project management principles and software packages with availability on site and by phone for any eventuality. Staff

Fleetwood Sheetmetal employ over 50 time served staff in all aspects of the production of ventilation / ductwork systems and general fabrications with a successful training and apprenticeship scheme.
