Sheetmetal Fabrication capabilities
Fleetwood Sheetmetal have the facilities to manufacture almost any products using Mild Steel, Galvanised Steel, Stainless Steel, Aluminium, Copper and Brass. Covering 12000sq feet with a 10 tonne capacity crane. Fleetwood Sheetmetal's fabrication workshops can meet the demands and requirements of all its customers needs.
Our sheet metal fabrication services include manufacturing components by cutting, bending, rolling, drilling, forming, stamping and welding sheet metal. Components manufactured through this fabrication process are used in a variety of applications, such as HVAC components, catering equipment, extraction canopies and emergency fire escapes. Welding
All our fabricator welders are certificated to B.S EN 287 covering a wide range of steels such as carbon and alloy steels, nickel alloys and non ferrous materials.
Employing OXY/ACT, MMA, MIG/MAG and TIG welding processes and adopting the correct pre-heats, inter pass temperature and post-heat requirements within the procedure, Fleetwood Sheetmetal can meet the stringent demands of most applications.
Quality Contol
We have full quality control testing available for all products on site and having a machining function alongside our fabrication facilities, we offer the customer an important option when sub-contracting work.
